All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted before shipping.
Orders
We may accept or decline, in whole or in part, an order from you. If an item is not available we may alter quantities ordered. We may substitute goods of a similar price and nature if only agreed to, by you.
Once an order is placed and payment has been received, it becomes binding from the moment we receive it.
We accept no responsibility for orders placed or queries made by person/s that mislead us to believe they act on your behalf.
Payment Methods & Security
The applicant acknowledges that Manah Beauty accepts payments by means of Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and PayFast. All payments are processed immediately and upon clearance, goods are shipped.
Every time Manah Beauty collects your personal information (such as your delivery address, contact details and so on), a secure connection is established with your web browser to ensure that your details are encrypted and securely communicated to us, safe from fraudulent threats.
Access controls are in place to protect customer information collected and stored on our systems, to ensure that these details are only accessible by authorised personnel for authorised reasons.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Refund or Exchange Policy
Faulty goods:
If a product purchased is faulty or damaged, the buyer can notify Manah Beauty via email to hello@manahbeauty.co.za within 1 day of receipt. Please provide your order number along with a picture of the damaged item, as well as product and courier packaging when you email. In such event, Manah Beauty will provide the buyer a replacement product.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges under any other circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
