Shipping

At Manah Beauty, we endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible. All our orders are despatched from our premises in Durban.

Please allow approximately three working days for orders to be processed. Orders are only shipped once funds have cleared and reflect in our account. 

Once the order is despatched, you will receive communication from us indicating that your order is on its way.

Delivery can expected within three working days from the date of despatch in major cities. For outer-lying areas please allow an additional 3-4 working days.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products unless proven faulty.

Every care is taken to ensure your products reach you in pristine condition; should you receive a damaged or faulty item, a photo of the item along with product and shipping packaging is required as proof when you email us within 24 hours of receiving the item. In this event we will happily exchange the product for the same item or issue a refund should the item be out of stock.

Please choose your products carefully. Each order request and packing list is double-checked prior to leaving us to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be offered for change-of-mind requests or incorrect shades ordered. 

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Please note that this is merely a guideline set out and that we do not take liability for any incorrectly matching shades ordered via the guidance of the Findation website.
